We pride our self on our Mule Deer management program here at the Murphy Ranch. This is no button buck hunt. If it is under 175”, we do not shoot. All our hunts are from predetermined blinds near water and food, there is no spot and stock hunting allowed. If you don’t abide by these rules, you will not be welcomed back to the property. These simple rules allow for what we believe to be the best mule deer hunting in the region. Hunting in early September you will see groups of bucks that spent the summer together growing and feeding in these areas or hunt the rut in early November.
